Manifest Season 4: Plot, Cast, and Everything Else We Know!

Manifest’s third season concluded in June of 2021, leaving viewers with a lot of unanswered mysteries and a lot of suspenseful moments. NBC, on the other hand, confirmed shortly after the conclusion of season three that the show would not be renewed for a fourth season. The show’s die-hard admirers started an internet petition to bring it back because of their outrage. When Manifest was renewed for a final season, something that rarely occurs in television series happened.

A commercial airliner, Flight 828, went missing shortly after takeoff and was considered lost for five years before the crew and passengers were found alive and well. This is the account of Flight 828, as told in Manifest. Turbulence was felt by everyone on board the plane as a result of the leap in time. When they return to their normal lives, they discover that a lot has changed since they were away. The strangest part is that the crew and passengers who have returned to the ship are reporting hearing voices and having visions of things that haven’t transpired yet.

Season 4: The Plot

The conclusion of Manifest’s third season had multiple cliffhangers, each of which will have a significant influence on the narrative of the show’s fourth and final season. First, Jared (J.R. Ramirez) was aware of Saanvi’s (Parveen Kaur) involvement in the murder of The Major (Elizabeth Marvel), Sarah’s (Lauren Norvelle) mother.

Jared knew this information because Saanvi had told him. Angelina, played by Holly Taylor, was also seen fleeing the scene with Grace, played by Athena Karkanis after she had killed Eden. Both Randall (Christopher Piccione) and Eagan (Ali Lopez-Sohail were apprehended and put into custody at the same time. While everything was going on, Cal, played by Jack Messina, vanished into thin air after touching the tail of Flight 828.

Season 4: The Cast

Series leads Melissa Roxburgh, who plays Michaela Stone, and Josh Dallas, who plays Ben Stone, have closed deals for the final season and are expected to be joined by J.R. Ramirez. Parveen Kaur, Jack Messina, and Luna Blaise, who plays Olive Stone, are still in contract negotiations, and Matt Long, who plays Zeke Landon.

Release Date

In August of 2021, Netflix announced that Manifest’s fourth and final season would be available to stream, thanks to the show’s popularity and fans’ online petitions. There will be 20 episodes in the fourth season, but they won’t be released at once on the streaming site. You won’t have to deal with it all at once. Manifest will premiere in the fall of this year. As an homage to Manifest’s Flight 828, some fans believe that at the very least, the first portion of the show will premiere on August 28, 2022.

Executive producer Jeff Rake hinted at the potential of a trailer even though no date has been scheduled for the show’s official debut. In early June, he took to Twitter to post: On June 15, 2022, Rake responded to a statement made by Stephen King on Twitter by claiming that he would try his best to secure King a “premiere date as soon as possible.” As a result of Rake’s tweets and the fact that Luna Blaise tweeted in May that the “hiatus is almost over” for Manifest, there is a good chance that at least some of the fourth season will air in 2018. Rake’s tweets can be seen here and Luna Blaise’s tweets can be found here.
