(CNN) On Wednesday, one of the individuals who was prosecuted in the shooting and robbery of Lady Gaga’s dog walker in Los Angeles was sentenced to four years in jail, according to the authorities.
According to Greg Risling, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Jaylin White, 20, entered a plea of no contest to one count of second-degree robbery and admitted to an allegation that a member of the group was armed during the incident. Jaylin White was charged with one count of second-degree robbery.

Rising informed CNN that any additional charges or claims that had been filed against White were dropped. According to the office of the District Attorney, he had previously been charged with one count of attempted murder and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery.
Dramatic security footage captured both the shooting and the dog-napping that occurred on February 24. The video shows at least two guys confronting Ryan Fischer, who was walking the star’s three French bulldogs at the time of the incident.
As a result, there was a fight. One of the assailants appears to be holding a gun to the victim’s head in the video. There is a gunshot after that and the victim falls backward while the attackers return to their vehicle. After being hit by gunfire, Fischer managed to get up and walk away from the scene.
Several weeks after the shooting and robbery, White and four others were taken into custody in connection with the incident. Among them were two individuals who were later charged with being an accessory after the fact.
Due to what the authorities referred to as “a clerical error,” one of the suspects, James Jackson, was wrongly freed from police custody in the month of April.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Jackson was located and taken into custody on Wednesday, following a search that was conducted by many law enforcement organizations, one of which is the United States Marshals Service. Jackson is currently being detained on charges of attempted murder. A third potential offender in this investigation has not yet been charged with any crimes.
