When the 2020 Mark Roth-Marshall Holman PBA Doubles Championship was held on February 29, Troup won it, making it his fifth PBA Tour title overall. Troup and his final round partner Jesper Svensson, as the #1 seeds, won 234-205 over E. J. Tackett and Marshall Kent.
