He’s beginning younger and fresher. I believe that in order to revitalize the DC Universe, you must start fresh and with younger performers. I just don’t think you can start making plans for the next 15 years with me in the picture. And I recognize that.
“I have to say that I appreciate that because I don’t want to play a role that I can’t do right to,” Bautista continued. At this stage in my career, I don’t believe I can ever again give Bane justice. Simply put, I’m not sure if I could take the physical aspect, and I doubt I’d have the stamina to schedule films in advance.
