Bam Margera Death: Brandon Cole Margera, also known as Bam Margera, was born on September 28, 1979, in West Chester, Pennsylvania, to April Margera (née Cole) and Phil Margera. His grandfather gave him the nickname “Bam” when he was three years old because he often ran into walls. He is of Italian, German, English, and Welsh descent (through his grandpa).

Bam Margera, an ex-professional skater, and media personality said that he was hospitalized due to a serious COVID-19 episode that included pneumonia and five seizures. He was placed on a ventilator on December 9 because he could no longer breathe on his own. Margera confided to his Jackass friend on Steve’s podcast, O’s Wild Ride!, that he had recently suffered a health crisis. Margera informed Steve-O that she was confirmed dead on December 8th.

“I had no notion I was infected with the dangerous COVID virus, which causes organ failure. There were four seizures, each lasting between ten and twenty minutes. On the fourth, I chewed my tongue so hard that it nearly came out. It inflated to the point that I couldn’t put it in my mouth. Worse, I got pneumonia after drinking infected blood.” Margera, who is now recovering, was with a shaman when he had his sixth seizure and was rushed to the hospital.
