I have no idea what to say about this, other than the next Elder Scrolls game has been announced and dated, 11-11-11. You should be sold by now. Still, you can watch this trailer if your interest is peaked:

Spoiler: They’re not that exciting. If you have any recollection of the Fallout 3 achievements you will see the similarity to these. I’ve never understood why people are excited about unveiled achievements, but I guess it helps people understand what they’re going to encounter. For instance, you’ll be looking for snow globes or something. It also looks like there’ll be a ‘hardcore mode.’ This probably means that there’ll be no HUD and you won’t have a grenade indicator, amirite?! HURR HURR…

In an attempt to push Fallout: New Vegas, Bethesda have released an advertisement solely devoted to making fun of JRPG’s. As you can see, the image features many angry Japanese protestors bearing signs that roughly say: “Why play a game twice when there’s no change to the story,” “I thought you played games not watched them!” and “Wouldn’t it be nice if the main character had a mission aside from wiping out evil.”

A new trailer has been released for the dark fantasy co-op action game, Hunted: The Demon’s Forge. This trailer does show off some pretty nice looking in-game footage, but it’s kinda hard to really get a feel for it in-between all the CG images. It looks like it may have a bit of promise, but so far I’m not getting my hopes up until I can see some hands-on gameplay.

Bethesda Softworks has revealed in a press release that it will be publishing a new co-op fantasy game created by inXile Entertainment. This new third-person action game is set in a dark fantasy world in which you play as one of two mercenaries, in what appears to be a Gears of War style cover-based shooter. The difference here being that the combat is rooted with swordplay, bows, and magic.
