No Fable 2 DLC For You

If you’ve been waiting for Fable II’s upcoming Downloadable Content… you’ll have to wait a little longer. Citing technical difficulties, Fable II’s “Knothole Island” has been pushed back until “Late January 2009.” If you were planning to break out your favorite RPG of the year over the holiday break, you’ll have to do so without visiting new lands or taking new quests.

The “Download and Win” contest is still going on, but instead of downloading the delayed content, you’ll have to purchase a Fable II gamer picture. Just download the “Fable II Knothole Island Gamer Picture” from the “Fable II” section of the marketplace, and you could win a custom Fable II Xbox 360, signed by Peter Molyneux. And even if you don’t land first place, there’s three runner-up prizes. Taken from the game’s official page on Xbox.com:
