Here’s my nomination for the biggest “Dude, what?” News of the week. Official Xbox Magazine’s cover issue dedicated to Fable III is out now, and apparently the most interesting part of the entire preview is… you can have sex with your Xbox Live friends.

It’s not every day you hear a PC-centric developer say something good about the console market. According to an interview conducted by Stephen Totilo at Kotaku, the Crytek crew believes that making Crysis 2 work for console actually turned out for the better.

After a lot of teasing and rumors relating to this big reveal, Gears of War 3 Trailer has finally hit the web. With Cliff Bleszinski’s appearance on The Late Show he brought a wonderful little trailer about Epic Games’ upcoming 3rd installment to the Gears of War franchise. However he’ll still be appearing sometime next week, which means there’s already been some rumors swimming around about what Cliff could be announcing.

Activision has announced that the Stimulus Package the recent downloadable map offering for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has been sold to 2.5 million customers. That’s a pretty impressive number for content that has only been available for about a week. What’s even more monumental is the fact that the DLC moved 1 million units within the first 24 hours.

Feeling down in the dumps and have nothing to do? Counting the days until you can get that copy of Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days to give life a new meaning? Well you’re in luck, as Eidos have released the original trailer of Kane & Lynch 2, now with 20 more glorious seconds of footage!

Players who found the Splinter Cell: Conviction demo too easy will be happy to know Ubisoft have tweaked the difficulty profoundly.

Due to overwhelming demand, Activision and Bizarre Creations have worked with Microsoft to transition the Blur multiplayer beta program to a free download on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Starting today, everyone who has a Xbox Live Gold account will be able to join in on the open beta demo.
